Grading and Assignments

Grading is primarily based on a term paper of approximately 3000 words on a services topic of the student's choice. See the Assignment Instructions linked to the August 31 lecture description.

Students are also expected to participate in the class by asking questions of the speaker and each other. Occasionally a speaker will provide one or more recommended readings that students are expected to read beforehand.
